Even when times are hard, there is always our creativity, you can't lock down our tastebuds no matter how hard you would try. So I decided to blend my last two barrels of Sofie White Moscatel with one out of two barrels Sofie White Port (remaining barrel will be kegged, 8 or 9 kegs only). It's a blend that captures our fighting spirit.
